I am having trouble getting the AR (augmented reality) feature to turn on.

First, please make sure you have all the right versions of software and hardware:

+ Sky Guide AR (version 6.5)
+ iOS 11
+ iPhone 6s and later or iPad Pro and later (includes 2017 iPad)

Next, please ensure you have granted Camera Permissions. iOS Settings > Sky Guide > Camera switch on.

Lastly, we recommend visiting iOS Settings > Privacy > Location Services > System Services (at the very bottom) > Compass Calibration switch on.
